Conjecture Is No Substitute
And they have no knowledge thereof. They follow but a guess, and lo! a guess can never take the place of the truth.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
They have no knowledge of it; they follow only conjecture, and conjecture avails nothing against the truth.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, conjecture here means fancy; they follow mere fancy without knowing what the angels are.
Reflect
Speak today from knowledge, not conjecture.
