The Shaking
إِذَا رُجَّتِ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ رَجࣰّا ٤
When the earth is shaken with a shock.

Meaning
When the earth is shaken violently.

Elmalılı explains “rajj” as earthquake, violent motion and shaking, like the Turkish saying “the world was shaken from its place”.
