The Event
إِذَا وَقَعَتِ ٱلۡوَاقِعَةُ ١
When the event befalleth.

Meaning
When the Event occurs.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, “al-waqi‘ah” means an event certain to happen; it became one of the names of the Hour because its future occurrence is certain.
