He Neither Believed Nor Prayed
فَلَا صَدَّقَ وَلَا صَلَّىٰ ٣١
For he neither trusted, nor prayed.

Meaning
He neither believed nor prayed.

According to Elmalılı, most commentators explain this as affirming faith; some interpret it as “he did not give charity”, which adds a further meaning.
