Gathering It Is on Us
إِنَّ عَلَيۡنَا جَمۡعَهُۥ وَقُرۡءَانَهُۥ ١٧
Lo! upon Us (resteth) the putting together thereof and the reading thereof.

Meaning
Upon Us is its collection and its recitation.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, gathering the Qur’an completely, fixing it and having it recited is a task Allah has undertaken; He who sent it down will have it recited.
