Created by Measure
إِنَّا كُلَّ شَيۡءٍ خَلَقۡنَٰهُ بِقَدَرࣲ ٤٩
Lo! We have created every thing by measure.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
Indeed, all things We created with predestination.
