Is the Unseen with Them?
أَمۡ عِندَهُمُ ٱلۡغَيۡبُ فَهُمۡ يَكۡتُبُونَ ٤٧
Or is the Unseen theirs that they can write (thereof).

Meaning
Or is the unseen with them, so they write it down?

According to Elmalılı, this means: “Is knowledge of the unseen, which belongs to Allah, and the pen that writes the Preserved Tablet in their hands, so they write the fate of the universe?”
