Who Will Vouch?
سَلۡهُمۡ أَيُّهُم بِذَٰلِكَ زَعِيمٌ ٤٠
Ask them (O Muhammad) which of them will vouch for that.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
Ask them which of them will vouch for that.

According to Elmalılı, this asks which of them would guarantee the truth of a judgement that no rational or revealed proof could accept.
