Leave Them to Me
وَذَرۡنِي وَٱلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ أُوْلِي ٱلنَّعۡمَةِ وَمَهِّلۡهُمۡ قَلِيلًا ١١
Leave Me to deal with the deniers, lords of ease and comfort (in this life); and do thou respite them awhile.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
Leave Me with the deniers, those of ease, and give them respite a little.

Elmalılı explains “na‘mah” as living in ease and luxury: these are the comfortable deniers who want a soft life.
