“These Are Astray”
وَإِذَا رَأَوۡهُمۡ قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ لَضَآلُّونَ ٣٢
And when they saw them they said: Lo! these have gone astray.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
And when they saw them, they said: “These are truly astray.”

According to Elmalılı, by this they meant not only those they saw but believers in general.
