Tasnim
وَمِزَاجُهُۥ مِن تَسۡنِيمٍ ٢٧
And mixed with water of Tasnim.

Meaning
And its mixture is of Tasnim.

Elmalılı says “tasnim” originally means rising up like a hump; it is a higher spring that makes the drink it is mixed into finer.
