Nineteen
عَلَيۡهَا تِسۡعَةَ عَشَرَ ٣٠

Meaning
Over it are nineteen.

According to Elmalılı, what the nineteen are is not stated, but the next verse shows they are the angels guarding Hell. Views on the wisdom of the number have been offered by analysing man’s spiritual and moral faculties.
