A Day of Fifty Thousand Years
(Whereby) the angels and the Spirit ascend unto Him in a Day whereof the span is fifty thousand years.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
The angels and the Spirit ascend to Him in a Day whose measure is fifty thousand years.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, on that day all ascend by His command, stand in rows before Him, and every intermediary is removed.
Reflect
Remember that your measures are not Allah’s measures.
