A Means to Everything
إِنَّا مَكَّنَّا لَهُۥ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَءَاتَيۡنَٰهُ مِن كُلِّ شَيۡءࣲ سَبَبࣰا ٨٤
Lo! We made him strong in the land and gave him unto every thing a road.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
We established him on earth and gave him a means to everything.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, Allah gave him material and spiritual powers, knowledge, ability, tools and means, so that whatever he took hold of, he found a way to his aim.
