They Do Not Prostrate
وَإِذَا قُرِئَ عَلَيۡهِمُ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانُ لَا يَسۡجُدُونَۤ۩ ٢١
And, when the Qur’an is recited unto them, worship not (Allah).
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
And when the Qur’an is recited to them, they do not prostrate.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, they do not submit, do not accept the truth, and do not obey its commands and prohibitions. This is a verse of prostration.
