They Cannot Escape It
وَمَا هُمۡ عَنۡهَا بِغَآئِبِينَ ١٦
And will not be absent thence.

Meaning
And they will not be absent from it.

According to Elmalılı, the outcome of creation, knowledge, recording and guarding is to separate the righteous for bliss and the wicked for the fire.
