They Know
يَعۡلَمُونَ مَا تَفۡعَلُونَ ١٢
Who know (all) that ye do.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
They know whatever you do.

According to Elmalılı, they write everything, good and bad, knowingly into the record of deeds without losing any of it, and bear witness to it.
