The Slanderer, the Mocker
وَيۡلࣱ لِّكُلِّ هُمَزَةࣲ لُّمَزَةٍ ١
Woe unto every slandering traducer.

Meaning
Woe to every slanderer and mocker!

Elmalılı says “humazah” means one who habitually wounds people. The verse describes those who have made this a habit.
