Glorify and Prostrate
فَسَبِّحۡ بِحَمۡدِ رَبِّكَ وَكُن مِّنَ ٱلسَّـٰجِدِينَ ٩٨
But hymn the praise of thy Lord, and be of those who make prostration (unto Him).

Meaning
So glorify your Lord with praise and be among those who prostrate.

According to Elmalılı, when distressed, glorify your Lord with praise at once and you will find relief; prostration is its gratitude.
