The Creator
إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ ٱلۡخَلَّـٰقُ ٱلۡعَلِيمُ ٨٦
Lo! Thy Lord! He is the All-Wise Creator.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
Indeed, your Lord is the Knowing Creator.

According to Elmalılı, He creates you, them and all beings; the Great Creator, to whom alone creatorship belongs.
