They Descend with Truth
مَا نُنَزِّلُ ٱلۡمَلَـٰٓئِكَةَ إِلَّا بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَمَا كَانُوٓاْ إِذࣰا مُّنظَرِينَ ٨
We send not down the angels save with the Fact, and in that case (the disbelievers) would not be tolerated.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
We do not send down the angels except with truth; and then they would not be reprieved.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, angels are not brought as disbelievers wish, nor do they come under any human’s command; they descend only by Allah’s order.
