Thus We Insert It
كَذَٰلِكَ نَسۡلُكُهُۥ فِي قُلُوبِ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ ١٢
Thus do We make it traverse the hearts of the guilty.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
Thus do We insert it into the hearts of the criminals.

According to Elmalılı, the word of truth enters every heart, but criminal hearts meet it with mockery and denial.
