The Creator
هُوَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡخَٰلِقُ ٱلۡبَارِئُ ٱلۡمُصَوِّرُۖ لَهُ ٱلۡأَسۡمَآءُ ٱلۡحُسۡنَىٰۚ يُسَبِّحُ لَهُۥ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ٢٤
He is Allah, the Creator, the Shaper out of naught, the Fashioner. His are the most beautiful names. All that is in the heavens and the earth glorifieth Him, and He is the Mighty, the Wise.

Meaning
He is the Creator, the Originator, the Fashioner. The most beautiful names are His. Whatever is in the heavens and the earth glorifies Him.
Insight
Elmalılı distinguishes two meanings of creating: determining the exact measure of everything (taqdir) and bringing into being from nothing. Even the highest human art does not go beyond discovery and construction. A human cannot bring even a single atom into being from nothing.
