All Matters Return to Him
لَّهُۥ مُلۡكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ وَإِلَى ٱللَّهِ تُرۡجَعُ ٱلۡأُمُورُ ٥
His is the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth, and unto Allah (all) things are brought back.

Meaning
And to Allah are all matters returned.

According to Elmalılı, His ownership of dominion is emphasised both at the beginning and at the return, as a preface to both.
