Good News First
وَمَآ أَرۡسَلۡنَٰكَ إِلَّا مُبَشِّرࣰا وَنَذِيرࣰا ٥٦
And We have sent thee (O Muhammad) only as a bearer of good tidings and a warner.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
We have sent you only as a bringer of good tidings and a warner.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, he was sent not only to warn but first to bring good news, to tell of Allah’s mercy.

In inviting others, begin with good news.
