Withdrawn Gradually
ثُمَّ قَبَضۡنَٰهُ إِلَيۡنَا قَبۡضࣰا يَسِيرࣰا ٤٦
Then We withdraw it unto Us, a gradual withdrawal.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
Then We withdraw it to Us, a gradual withdrawal.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, as the sun rises the shadow recedes, returning gradually to Allah as it came from Him; when the sun of truth appears, the shadow fades.
