The Rage of Hell
When it seeth them from afar, they hear the crackling and the roar thereof.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
When it sees them from a distant place, they will hear its raging and roaring.
Insight
Elmalılı explains “taghayyuz” as raging and “zafir” as drawing in breath; Hell sees them from afar.
Reflect
Repent today to be shielded from that roar.
