Lord of the Throne
ذُو ٱلۡعَرۡشِ ٱلۡمَجِيدُ ١٥
Lord of the Throne of Glory.

Meaning
Owner of the Throne, the Glorious.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, He is the Owner of the Throne, or of the dominion of the whole universe; great in His essence and attributes, glorious in majesty.
