Neither Dying Nor Living
ثُمَّ لَا يَمُوتُ فِيهَا وَلَا يَحۡيَىٰ ١٣
Wherein he will neither die nor live.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
Then he will neither die in it nor live.

According to Elmalılı, he will not die and so escape the punishment, nor find a life with any joy that would help him bear it.
