The Wretched Who Avoids
وَيَتَجَنَّبُهَا ٱلۡأَشۡقَى ١١
But the most hapless will flout it.

Meaning
But the most wretched avoids it, who will burn in the greatest fire.

According to Elmalılı, the wretched one who avoids the reminder will enter the everlasting fire of Hell in the Hereafter.
