He Cannot Escape
وَمَن لَّا يُجِبۡ دَاعِيَ ٱللَّهِ فَلَيۡسَ بِمُعۡجِزࣲ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَيۡسَ لَهُۥ مِن دُونِهِۦٓ أَوۡلِيَآءُۚ أُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ فِي ضَلَٰلࣲ مُّبِينٍ ٣٢
And whoso respondeth not to Allah’s summoner he can nowise escape in the earth, and he hath no protecting friends instead of Him. Such are in error manifest.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
Whoever does not respond to the caller of Allah will not escape on earth.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, whoever does not respond to the Prophet and his envoys cannot frustrate Allah or escape His punishment.
