The Dawn Raid
فَٱلۡمُغِيرَٰتِ صُبۡحࣰا ٣
And scouring to the raid at dawn.

Meaning
Raiding at dawn.

Elmalılı says “al-mughirat” means going swiftly and raiding. Some also understood it as pilgrims hurrying to Mina in the morning.
