We Are Expanding It
وَٱلسَّمَآءَ بَنَيۡنَٰهَا بِأَيۡيْدࣲ وَإِنَّا لَمُوسِعُونَ ٤٧
We have built the heaven with might, and We it is Who make the vast extent (thereof).

Meaning
And the heaven We built with strength, and indeed We are its expander.
