The People of Noah
وَقَوۡمَ نُوحࣲ مِّن قَبۡلُۖ إِنَّهُمۡ كَانُواْ قَوۡمࣰا فَٰسِقِينَ ٤٦
And the folk of Noah aforetime. Lo! they were licentious folk.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
And the people of Noah before; indeed, they were a defiantly disobedient people.

According to Elmalılı, all who were destroyed were defiantly disobedient peoples; that was the cause of their destruction.
