In Moses Too
وَفِي مُوسَىٰٓ إِذۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَٰهُ إِلَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنَ بِسُلۡطَٰنࣲ مُّبِينࣲ ٣٨
And in Moses (too, there is a portent) when We sent him unto Pharaoh with clear warrant.

Meaning
And in Moses, when We sent him to Pharaoh with clear authority.
