Those That Scatter
وَٱلذَّـٰرِيَٰتِ ذَرۡوࣰا ١
By those that winnow with a winnowing.

Meaning
By those that scatter dust.

Elmalılı explains “adh-dhariyat” as the forces that scatter soil and sand, break things down and carry them off as dust; winds are the clearest example.
