Coming in Awe
وَهُوَ يَخۡشَىٰ ٩
And hath fear.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
While he fears Allah.

According to Elmalılı, the blind man came in fear and reverence of Allah, worried that he might err or fall into sin.
