One Who Thinks Himself Self-Sufficient
أَمَّا مَنِ ٱسۡتَغۡنَىٰ ٥
As for him who thinketh himself independent.

Meaning
As for one who considers himself free of need.

According to Elmalılı, this is one who thinks he needs neither faith nor advice, does not want to learn, or is a man of wealth.
