He Will Raise Him
ثُمَّ إِذَا شَآءَ أَنشَرَهُۥ ٢٢
Then, when He will, He bringeth him again to life.

Meaning
Then, when He wills, He will resurrect him.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, Allah will not leave him in the grave as he is; when He wills He will raise him and bring him before Him.
