Lot’s Brethren
وَعَادࣱ وَفِرۡعَوۡنُ وَإِخۡوَٰنُ لُوطࣲ ١٣
And (the tribe of) A’ad, and Pharaoh, and the brethren of Lot.

Meaning
And ‘Ad, Pharaoh and the brothers of Lot.

According to Elmalılı, Lot’s people are called his “brothers” because of a bond of kinship by marriage.
