Blessing and Provision
وَجَعَلَ فِيهَا رَوَٰسِيَ مِن فَوۡقِهَا وَبَٰرَكَ فِيهَا وَقَدَّرَ فِيهَآ أَقۡوَٰتَهَا فِيٓ أَرۡبَعَةِ أَيَّامࣲ سَوَآءࣰ لِّلسَّآئِلِينَ ١٠
He placed therein firm hills rising above it, and blessed it and measured therein its sustenance in four Days, alike for (all) who ask.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
He placed on the earth firmly set mountains, blessed it and determined its provisions.

According to Elmalılı, mountains are like pegs fixing the earth’s crust; Allah created blessings there and provisions for those who seek.
