By the Light of Its Lord
وَأَشۡرَقَتِ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ بِنُورِ رَبِّهَا وَوُضِعَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبُ وَجِاْيٓءَ بِٱلنَّبِيِّـۧنَ وَٱلشُّهَدَآءِ وَقُضِيَ بَيۡنَهُم بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَهُمۡ لَا يُظۡلَمُونَ ٦٩
And the earth shineth with the light of her Lord, and the Book is set up, and the prophets and the witnesses are brought, and it is judged between them with truth, and they are not wronged.

Meaning
And the earth will shine with the light of its Lord, the record will be placed, and judgement made in truth.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, this is the transformed earth of the gathering; a hadith says people will be gathered on a white land like pure sifted flour.
