At-Tawbah 9:106

وَءَاخَرُونَ مُرۡجَوۡنَ لِأَمۡرِ ٱللَّهِ إِمَّا يُعَذِّبُهُمۡ وَإِمَّا يَتُوبُ عَلَيۡهِمۡۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمࣱ ١٠٦
And (there are) others who await Allah’s decree, whether He will punish them or will forgive them. Allah is Knower, Wise.
