When Hell Is Kindled
وَإِذَا ٱلۡجَحِيمُ سُعِّرَتۡ ١٢
And when hell is lighted.

Meaning
When Hellfire is set ablaze.

According to Elmalılı, Hell will be kindled to its full intensity for the arrogant by people’s evil deeds and Allah’s wrath.
