The Losers
وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ وَكَذَّبُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَآ أُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلنَّارِ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَاۖ وَبِئۡسَ ٱلۡمَصِيرُ ١٠
But those who disbelieve and deny Our revelations, such are owners of the Fire; they will abide therein - a hapless journey’s end.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
But those who disbelieved and denied Our verses are the companions of the Fire.

According to Elmalılı, these are the ones cheated and at loss, for they are condemned to remain forever in the Fire.
