Those of Restrained Glance
فِيهِنَّ قَٰصِرَٰتُ ٱلطَّرۡفِ لَمۡ يَطۡمِثۡهُنَّ إِنسࣱ قَبۡلَهُمۡ وَلَا جَآنࣱّ ٥٦
Therein are those of modest gaze, whom neither man nor jinni will have touched before them.

Meaning
In them are those of restrained glance.

According to Elmalılı, the plural pronoun here, instead of “in both”, indicates that the two gardens encompass many gardens in their varieties.
