Clear Speech
عَلَّمَهُ ٱلۡبَيَانَ ٤
He hath taught him utterance.

Meaning
Taught him clear expression.

Elmalılı explains “bayan” as man’s ability to express what is in his heart and mind clearly and beautifully, and to understand. The blessing of learning the Qur’an becomes possible through it.
