None Will Be Asked
فَيَوۡمَئِذࣲ لَّا يُسۡـَٔلُ عَن ذَنۢبِهِۦٓ إِنسࣱ وَلَا جَآنࣱّ ٣٩
On that day neither man nor jinni will be questioned of his sin.

Meaning
On that Day neither man nor jinn will be asked about his sin.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, there will be no need of questioning to find out who is guilty; the sinful and sinless will not be confused, for all is already recorded.
