All Ask of Him
يَسۡـَٔلُهُۥ مَن فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ كُلَّ يَوۡمٍ هُوَ فِي شَأۡنࣲ ٢٩
All that are in the heavens and the earth entreat Him. Every day He exerciseth (universal) power.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
Whoever is in the heavens and earth asks of Him. Every day He is engaged in a matter.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, every being asks of Him everything it needs for its existence, continuation and every state; it asks constantly, by word or by its very condition.
