He Taught the Qur’an
عَلَّمَ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ ٢
Hath made known the Qur’an.

Taught the Qur’an.

According to Elmalılı, the verse does not say whom He taught, because the point is the teaching itself: teaching Gabriel, the Prophet and the community are all part of this blessing.
